Instruction for authors for presenting

 Instructions for the short lectures

 

Oral presentations ( short lectures ) will have the duration of 20 minutes:

- 12 minutes for the speaker

- 8 minutes for questions / discussions

The language of the presentation can be French or English, regardless of the language used in the written contribution .


 

 Instructions for the poster presentation

 

Poster presentations will be done by presenting your the poster to the participants during the poster session .
A jury to select the best poster will audition each participant , to be able to present his research in 10-15 minutes.

We also ask you to prepare a maximum of 1 minute pitch to advertise your poster!

Instructions for the posters

 

The poster should respect the A0 standard - 841 * 1189 mm / 33.11 x 46.61 inches. It should be a PDF file.

Instructions for the abstract

During the assessment of the contributig papers, the International Scientific Comittee will pay attention to several points. The abstract should not be longer than 3 pages, including figures and tables. 

The authors are invited to write in English or in French. The paper should be relevant to the conference subject.

The style of the paper should be compliant with the  IEEE standards : (Times New Roman 10, Two columns).
